Q.How long does the airport limousine bus service take from the hotel? What is the fare?

A. To Kansai International Airport, 70 minutes. The fare is ¥1,550 for adults and ¥780 for children (aged 6 – 11). Bus tickets are sold at the reception on the 2nd floor. Seats cannot be reserved for this bus service.

Q.What are your check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

Q.Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

A. Early check-in or late check-out carries an additional charge. The charge varies according to room type and extended time. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to lack of room availability. For details, please inquire at the reservation desk.

Q.What is the latest that I can cancel my room reservation?
What is the latest that I can cancel my reservation without incurring cancellation charges?

A. Cancellation charges are incurred as follows.
Cancellation on the day of arrival: 80% of the room charge
Cancellation on the day before arrival: 20% of the room charge
* Please note that a separate cancellation policy may be set according to your accommodation plan or day.

Q.Do you let minors stay overnight without an adult?

A. As a general rule, minors under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent during an overnight stay. 
Minors between the ages of 15 and 19 need permission from a parent to stay overnight by themselves. We ask you to submit the written agreement that we will send you.

Q.If fully booked, can I put my name on the waiting list?

A. No, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have a waiting list.

Q.Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
Do you accept requests for a room facing a specific direction or for a particular room number?

A. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to lack of room availability or room type.

Q.When reserving two guest rooms, can I make a request for next-door rooms?
Conversely, can I make a request for two non-neighboring rooms?

A. It may be possible depending on room type (we have connecting rooms for only a few room types on the 34th floor). For details, inquire at the reservation desk. It is possible to reserve non-neighboring rooms.

Q.What is the accommodation fee for staying at the hotel with a child?

A. A child sharing your bed incurs no extra charge. We also offer a baby bed free of charge. (Since the number is limited, please let us know if you require one when you make your reservation.)

Q.Are points for the Hankyu-Hanshin-Daiichi Hotel Group Members’ Card given?

A. Points are given only when you make a reservation via phone, directly at the counter, or via our website.

Q.Payment for accommodation

A. We kindly ask you to pay for the room on arrival.

Q.Do you accept credit cards?

A. We accept most credit cards. (VISA, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club, MasterCard, UnionPay, etc.)

Q.Is a fax machine available for sending or receiving documents?

A. You can receive faxes free of charge. To send faxes, there is a charge. (¥30/sheet)

Q.Can I obtain a receipt at the hotel even if I made payment via the Internet?

A. We cannot issue a receipt at the hotel in that case. Please print out a receipt from your reservation website.

Q.Can I make payment for accommodation in advance?

Or, can I have a person not staying at the hotel pay for the room?

A. Yes. Please pay by bank transfer or card via the Internet.

Q.Can my pet stay with me?

A. Pets are not allowed in guestrooms.
Our concierge will provide you information about nearby kennels.

Q.Can I have an assistance dog (guide dog, service dog, and hearing dog) accompany me?

A. Yes, assistance dogs can accompany guests in all of the hotel’s facilities.



 

◆Guest rooms and equipment

Q.Is the Internet available?

A. Wired LAN and Wi-Fi are provided in all guest rooms free of charge. We also have PCs for rent (¥1,500/night) at the reception.
In the secretarial room on the 2nd floor, we also have one PC (charged).

Q.Can I borrow a trouser press or iron?

A. We offer them free of charge. (Since the number is limited, please let us know if you require one when you make your reservation.)

Q.Can I borrow an air purifier?

A. An air purifier with humidifier is installed in all guest rooms.

Q.Is a guest room barrier-free design?

A. No, we don’t have a barrier-free room.

Q.Can I borrow a baby bed?

A. We offer baby beds free of charge. However, for safety reasons, we ask parents with babies who are able to stand while holding onto something not to use a baby bed.
We also offer bed guards (since the number is limited, please let us know at the time of making your reservation if you require one).

Q.Can I borrow a mobile phone charger?

A. They are provided in all guest rooms.

Q.Can I borrow a DVD player and notebook PC?

A. We offer them with a charge (¥1,500/night, tax inclusive).

Q.Can I borrow children’s pajamas?

A. We offer children’s pajamas for 110, 120, 130, and 140 cm (for boys and girls) (since the number is limited, please let us know if you require one at the time of making your reservation).
We also offer children’s toothbrushes and slippers. Please make your request to the maid service.

Q.Do you have an in-room safe?

A. There is one in most guest rooms. We also have a safe deposit box in the reception lobby (available around the clock).

Q.Do you have a morning newspaper service?

A. Yes, we do, free of charge. If you would like two newspapers or more, there will be a separate charge.

Q.Can I borrow a bed guard?

A. We offer them free of charge. (Since the number is limited, please let us know if you require one when you make your reservation.)

Q.Where is breakfast served? What kind of menus do you have?

A. Western breakfasts are served at Restaurant MALMAISON, and Japanese breakfasts at MINOKICHI TAKESHIGERO on the 25th floor. (7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.)
Please note that we do not serve buffet-style breakfasts.

Q.Is room service available?

A. Menus vary according to time of day, but room service is available around the clock.
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. (Japanese and Western, up to 11:00 a.m. for Western breakfast only)
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (à la carte menu)
Dinner: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (à la carte and dinner menus)
5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (à la carte Western menu only)
Late-evening snacks: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 next morning

Q.Do you have a parking lot?

Parking fees, etc.

A. We have a parking lot on the basement and parking spaces at the entrance on the 2nd floor. The parking fee is ¥3,000/night until 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
If you came by car, please let us know on arrival at the reception. We will provide you a service ticket for exiting from the parking lot.

On the day of arrival from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and on the day of departure from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., the parking lot is available at an additional ¥1,000. Before 9:00 a.m. on the day of arrival and after 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure, the parking lot is available at ¥3,000/night. Please let us know at the reception if you plan to extend your parking time.

* Please note that the basement parking lot is locked from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 the following morning. Please use the parking space at the entrance on the 2nd floor.

Q.Is there a height limit in the parking lot?

A.It is a basement parking lot with car height limited to 2.1 m. However, please note that the ceiling is lower than that in some areas.
If you have a vehicle that is taller than 2.1 m, please use the parking space at the entrance on the 2nd floor.
Please make this known to the doorman.

Q.Do you have motorcycle and bicycle parking lots?

A. We don’t have a parking lot exclusively for motorcycles or bicycles. Please tell the doorman at the entrance on the 2nd floor.

Q.Are there any places for children to play in the hotel?

A. Unfortunately, there are no play areas for children in the hotel. Our concierge will provide you information about nearby facilities for children.

Q.Is there a room for changing diapers and breastfeeding?

A. We have a breastfeeding room at the reception on the 2nd floor and in the lobby of banquet hall on the 5th floor. Please feel free to ask us. We will guide you to the place.
Ladies’ restrooms with a table for changing diapers are located on the banquet hall floors (4th and 6th). Please feel free to ask us. We will guide you to the place.

Q.Do you have a pool?

A. It is not a hotel facility, but hotel guests can use the Chayamachi Fitness Club, which is a membership fitness club on the 7th floor of Applause Tower (¥3,240/use).

A. From the nearest JR Osaka Station, it is about 12 minutes to Universal City Station if you board a direct train.1Sorry, but we do not sell entrance tickets.
